Agreement

By accessing or using Webdesly CRM at crm.webdesly.com, you agree to these Terms. If you use the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Webdesly CRM is a multi-tenant CRM for Real Estate agencies. Features may change as we iterate. Early access or free-tier availability may be limited or discontinued with notice where practical.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for account credentials, invited members, and the accuracy of data you store. Keep invitations scoped to people you trust. Do not attempt to access another organization’s data.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of the service.
• No scraping, probing, or disrupting infrastructure.
• No uploading malware or content you do not have rights to store.

Your content

You retain ownership of customer and business data you enter. You grant Webdesly a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide Webdesly CRM.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webdesly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Webdesly CRM.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
