• Workspace data you enter: leads, contacts, properties, viewings, tasks, pipeline records, and uploaded documents.
• Technical data needed to run the service: session cookies, IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs.
• Anonymous product analytics via Vercel Web Analytics (page views and traffic patterns — not used for advertising).

How we use data

We use your information to provide and secure the CRM, authenticate users, send transactional emails (invitations, password resets), and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and processors

Data is stored with infrastructure providers we use to run the product (including Neon for database, auth, and object storage, and Vercel for hosting and Web Analytics). Processing is limited to what is required to operate and improve Webdesly CRM.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace data while your organization is active. You may request deletion of your account or organization data by contacting us. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.

Your rights
